Terms of Use and Notices for MIAMI STUDIO
When using “MIAMI STUDIO,” please review the following and agree to the terms before use.
Regarding Studio Use:
You may enter the studio starting 15 minutes before your scheduled time. All users must completely exit the studio by 1 minute before the end time. If you are unable to leave within the allocated time, an additional fee equivalent to one hour will be charged.
Extension of the booking time on the same day is available only if there is availability in the studio. Extensions can be booked in increments of 30 minutes.
Regarding Reservations:
Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance. Please make reservations via phone, email, or LINE.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the start time. Please note that cancellations after this deadline will incur a cancellation fee of 100%.
Regarding Changes to Reservation Dates:
To change the reservation date and time, please cancel the existing reservation and make a new one. Changes after the cancellation deadline will not be allowed.
Notices:
Shoes are strictly prohibited inside the studio. Please change into slippers or indoor footwear before use.
Smoking is prohibited inside the studio. Please smoke in designated areas only.
If any equipment, furniture, fixtures, or lighting within the studio is damaged or dirtied, you will be responsible for full compensation.
Bringing alcohol and drinking inside the studio are prohibited.
We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or theft that may occur within the studio premises.
Please take your garbage with you when leaving the studio.
